Activity:
Documentation
This would help in the
assessment of a project on the YAN network level.
- It should be done
in parallel to all the project lifecycle phases
- It will serve as a
support for reflection, recognition, inspiration,
remembrance, and even basis for fund raising
The documentation of
the work done in a project could contribute to sustaining
the resources (for YAN and the Community Center) by
including it in grant proposals for funding the community
projects. Assessment indicators help the participants
and facilitators understand what is going on in their
sites and the network as a whole.
Facilitators should also take this chance to interact
and connect with more organizations that work on the
same principles as YAN.
