Activity: Analysis of Interview Data

Interviewing people in the community on important social issues will highlight one social issue of most importance. There should be a debriefing session of the interviews conducted by the participants with the facilitator. The most important social issue should then be taken up for the project.

Analyzing the information from a tape - recorded interview can be valuable in developing the participants’ literacy skills and the information may be recorded in graphic form onto charts, maps, or tables.
