Community Experiments

This project, created as part of an elementary-school science project, makes creative use of the Scratch online community. The project tests your reaction time, then asks questions about your participation in sports. The goal is to find correlations between reaction time and athletic activity.

In the past, students could perform these types of science experiments locally, gathering data within their own school or neighborhood. Now, by leveraging the Scratch online community, students can reach more broadly with their science experiments, collecting data from people around the world.
