Express GFP in a cell-free system
For the lab component, we utilized Kate's enzyme mix and Vincent Noireaux's plasmid P70-deGFP to express GFP in a cell-free system. We did our lab work at the basement wetlab at the Center for Bits and Atoms and our analysis at Ed Boyden's Synthetic Neurobiology lab thanks to Kate and Thras's support.

For our design portion, we propose the design of synthetic minimal deodorant.
