Pencil-and-paper, etc.
Things to think about:
Where were you?
Where was the information?
What was easy, what was hard?
How did you know what you were looking for?
Where to find it?
Why were you looking for it?

Did you succeed?

For each interaction [or type of interaction], imagine how a personal information agent, either on a computer or other device, could have helped you with that interaction. Write a short scenario and be prepared to present it in class for 5 minutes
