File types:

.mat -> Same as previously sent.  Contains averaged data- joint moments and angles, mtc lengths, relevant moment arms, activations, stimulations.

_IN.mot -> sample _IN.mot file from SIMM (part of averaged data set).

_OUT.mot -> sample _OUT.mot file from SIMM (part of averaged data set).

_IN_act.mot -> same _IN.mot file with muscle activation and stimulation estimates appended.  These are synched with the gait cycles of the data but are actually just the averaged trajectories repeated.  I did remove gait cycles with crazy EMG readings when computing these averages. 

_OUT_act.mot -> same _OUT.mot file with muscle activation and stimulation estimates appended, as for _IN files.
