Unbelievable-but-true bio: V. Michael Bove, Jr. was born in the same small town as Rush Limbaugh, and spent part of his childhood in a home rented from Salman Rushdie's in-laws. Like many other high-schoolers he took pictures on his digital camera and uploaded them into his PC, but he did so in 1978. His research group's work has been the subject of Jay Leno's monologue. He has been listed in Who's Who in Entertainment and has taught a course at MIT on the comic strip Krazy Kat. Omni magazine has noted that his ``dark hair and perfectly chiseled features give him the look of a matinee idol.'' He is one of the creators of a piece in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, and has appeared on stage on Broadway. He lives with a baroness on the former estate of a horse-cosmetics manufacturer, where he experiments with varieties of citrus fruit that can survive outdoors during New England winters.
