I used a water-jet cutter to cut the back layer from aluminum and two middle layers from polycarbonate (which is used in bank teller windows).
I used the laser cutter to cut the top pieces from acrylic (plexiglass). I assembled the guitar body together with a stock parts.
Then it was on to the electronics next...>
