--- Others facts that you may not find in my resume ---

    * I play piano from age 3 and violin from 9 and had quite much experience to perform. I also joined an orchestra (to play violin) from 5-6th grades and senior high. Though I stopped taking classes after going to college, occasionally I play in my leisure time.
    * I dance! - ballet when I was a little girl, and pop dance (hiphop, house, jazz, etc.) when I was in undergrad. It's a good way to enjoy music.
    * Flying, moving, exploring... I love travelling a lot. Visiting a new place always brings me surprises, new thoughts, and refreshment.
    * I like to stay with my family and friends when I have free time. Always want to know more about the people I love.
    * After coming to the states, I realized I prefer cold weather more than hot one... But that won't change my love to my country, Taiwan! It's a lovely and energetic place you must visit!
    * Cooking + enjoying tasty food are part of my biggest happiness in everyday life (and that's why I really like to visit food markets).
    * Thanks to my parents, I love nature. Planting is also one of my habits.
    * I was filmed as one of the main characters in a TV advertising in Taiwan at age 7. Hope I can find the video file in some day...
    * I was a really little runway model from age 7-8 in some shows...!
    * Very luckily, I haven't experienced any entrance exams (高中/大學聯考/研究所考試) in Taiwan but through different means (Math&Science exam 數理資優 to high school, 申請入學 to undergrad, 推薦甄試 to grad school in NTU), and then applied to grad schools in the states. I guess it's because I love to stick to what I'm interested in very much such as certain areas and research!
