My name is Nick DePalma, I am a Ph.D Candidate at the MIT Media Lab. I currently am working as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Personal Robotics Group. My life goal is to help robots work among us. My focus here at MIT is in Human Robot Interaction and any topics that will help achieve the goal. Currently my focus is in Learning, Interaction, Reasoning, and Design.
In my past life I was fortunate enough to have worked in computer and machine vision as a core software engineer at Playmotion and as a software engineer at National Instruments. I was also very lucky to have been a part of the Georgia Tech College of Computing in the SIM group.
