For a project like this, it is much easier to design a product based on the resources and supplies of an industrialized country. It is much more difficult, however, to work only with the supplies of a country like Nepal. While there is an abundance of skilled welders and machinists, substandard tools make manufacturing a product challenging. We hope that this page will be helpful for those who are starting their own engineering projects in Nepal, as well as those who simply would like know what is available.
