Short Bio

I am currently a second year master's student and research assistant at the MIT Media Laboratory, in the the Viral Communications research group. My supervisors are Dr. Andy Lippman and Dr. David P. Reed.

Prior to the Media Lab, I had been working at the chip company Passave (Acquired in 2006 by PMC-Sierra) since its inception in 2001. My roles included system engineering and algorithm development. Additionally, I performed consulting for several firms in areas of system engineering, product definition, network security, and locating seed investments.

I received my bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Techology cum laude in 2004, specializing in computer networks, machine learning, and signal processing.

During my undergraduate studies, I was fortunate to be one of the founders of "Hibur", a joint initiative of MIT and the Technion and MIT, aiming to establish a formal structure of connections between the institutions by linking students and faculty, at personal, professional, and academic levels.
