Responsibilities
• Launched and successfully completed a multi-channel audio features demonstration for a car entertainment unit to promote the team’s capability within the Delphi community.
• Provided technical support to team members.
• Initiated reverse engineering and design documentation activities for existing audio software building blocks.
• Automated desk and bench verification, and unit testing of production-intent audio software modules.
• Organized and presented topics for a training session on the Delco Electronics audio architecture.
• Reviewed on-site development activities with the Singapore and Kokomo centers.
• Demonstrated infotainment products at Tata Motors, Pune, India.
• Analyzed requirements for a navigation system for General Motors India.

Initiatives
• Made a proposal to the executive board to start audio activities at the Bangalore center; defined the strategy and the roadmap.
• Organized a training session, interacted with external teams, reverse-engineered existing software modules, created topics for internal projects to increase the domain knowledge in spite of the lack of documentation.
• Automated static verification and run-time testing of all software deliverables to improve product quality.
• Initiated contacts with the Delphi India and Delphi Asia-Pacific marketing teams to identify opportunities for indigenous automotive wireless products in the region.
• Introduced UML concepts for Technology Change Management (SEI SW-CMM level 5 KPA). |
