Convenient cutting board could only used for cutting, so you have to get another container for washing. This spiral cutting board comes with a spiral central part which could also be used as a washing dish. Thanks to a clever use of composite bamboo, the spiral part will drop down when you hold the board up. So, Just put it on the top of basin, you could wash the vegetable directly on the cutting board.
