English／ Lining (Lizzie) Yao is a Masters student and Research Assistant in the Tangible Media Group at the MIT Media Lab under Prof. Hiroshi Ishii. She is interested in coupling the digital information with physical interface, and inventing for future learning, play, and communication. She holds a BS in Industry Design and a Master in Design and Art , both from Computer Science College, Zhejiang University. At the same time, she got a minor in Management and Entrepreneurship. Her design work was shown and published through REDDOT and iF, research has been presented at TEI and CSCW, CHI, etc.
