Welcome. I am a Master's student in the Human Dynamics and Smart Cities Groups at the MIT Media Lab, which is part of the School of Architecture and Planning at MIT. I am also a member of the Wearable Computing Group, which makes its home within the Human Dynamics group and populates the Borglab. |
My research focuses on software applications and architectures for wearable and mobile computing that support interactions among groups of people and their social networks. I have conducted a large portion of this research as one of the principal designers of the MIThril 2003 wearable computer platform for which I designed an inter-process communication system called Enchantment.
Before starting graduate study at the Media Lab, I developed augmented reality experiments and applications with the Advanced Displays and Spatial Perception Laboratory at the NASA Ames Research Center. I graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2003.
