TELE-HUGGING FORTHCOMING!

Telehugging via Hugbot lets people connect with their distant loved ones. Hug your Hugbot, and your hug is transferred in real-time to your loved one's Hugbot -- and he or she can hug you back via his or her Hugbot! The Hugbots will enable a real, live, hug at-a-distance.

Hugbot is an ongoing project begun during Hayes Raffle's great IAP course, Interactive Toy Design Studio (January 2006). Hugbot v1.0 is complete (photos at right). He can give you a nice squeeze.

I will update this page as I give Hugbot more functionality!
