I'm interested in designing and prototyping digitally augmented objects with physiological sensing mechanisms that help people communicate via non-verbal ways. Currently, I am in the Bay Area.
I graduated from the Ph.D Program of Media Arts and Sciences at The Media Laboratory, MIT. My advisor was Prof. Rosalind Picard in the Affective Computing Research Group. Before fall 2007, I was working with Prof. Ted Selker in the Context-Aware Computing Group and Counter Intelligence Special Interest Group since fall 2003. Before coming to MIT Media Lab, I did research in the Information Architecture Lab, Department of Architecture, National Cheng Kung University where I got my master and bachelor degrees.
