I'm interested in designing and prototyping digitally augmented objects with physiological sensing mechanisms that help people communicate via non-verbal ways.
I'm in the Ph.D Program of Media Arts and Sciences at The Media Laboratory, MIT. Currently, I'm working with Prof. Rosalind Picard in the Affective Computing Research Group. Before fall 2007, I was working with Prof. Ted Selker in the Context-Aware Computing Group and Counter Intelligence Special Interest Group since fall 2003. Before coming to MIT Media Lab, I did research in the Information Architecture Lab, Department of Architecture, National Cheng Kung University where I got my master and bachelor degrees.
