Brief Bio

I'm a PhD Student in the CompleX Lab, We Sciences Center, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), under the supervision of Prof. Tao Zhou. Between 2016.08 and 2017.09, I was a Visiting Student at the Collective Learning Group at the MIT Media Lab, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), hosted by Prof. Cesar A. Hidalgo. Between 2012.09 and 2014.06, I was a Master Student in School of Computer Science, UESTC. In 2012, I received the Bachelor of Science degree from School of Mathematical Sciences, UESTC.

My research interests focus on understanding phenomena in social and economic systems through empirical and theoretical analysis. I'm working on solving problems that are realted to Network Science (network models, percolation, information spreading, vertex similarity), Computational Socioeconomics (knowledge diffusion, collective learning, reputation ranking, economic status), and Data Analysis (social media, online rating, co-authorship, labor data).
