MyoPhone demonstrates an intimate interface using early versions of the Notifying Glasses and the Intimate Communication Armband, and an high resolution eyeglass display. The system is connected to the user's mobile phone, when an incoming call comes in the user receives a peripheral notification cue through the glasses. By performing a brief and subtle contraction of the upper arm the user can request more information about the caller, in which case the caller id will be displayed on the high resolution display in the user central field of view. The user may dismiss the call with another muscle contraction and additionally send an SMS message to the caller.

With MyoPhone users can deal with an incoming call without disrupting their immediate environment, even while in a face to face conversation.
