Smoked Salmon Spread

 

8 oz Cream Cheese

8 oz Smoked Salmon (not Lox)

 

Mix together into creamy spread and serve with crackers. Herbs, sun dried tomatoes, chives, etc can be added as well if desired.

 

Kodiak Paste

 

3 Tbs. Butter or Margarine

1/4 cup Brown Sugar

3 Cloves Garlic

1 Tbs. Worchester Saucehtmlrtf

 

Mix ingredients into think paste in bowl. Spread over 1/2 Salmon filet and bake at 350F for 25-28 minutes

 

Teriyaki Braised Salmon

 

1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce

3-4 diced scallions

 

Skin Salmon Filet. Chop into serving sized pieces. Bring Teriyaki to a boil and simmer down to desired consistency (should be a little thick). Add Salmon pieces and braise 2-3 minutes on each side.
