Smoked Salmon Spread 8 oz Cream Cheese 8 oz Smoked Salmon (not Lox)
Mix together into creamy spread and serve with crackers.
Herbs, sun dried tomatoes, chives, etc can be added as well if desired.

Mix ingredients into think paste in bowl. Spread over 1/2 Salmon filet and bake at 350F for 25-28 minutes
Teriyaki Braised Salmon 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce 3-4 diced scallions
Skin Salmon Filet. Chop into serving sized pieces. Bring Teriyaki to a boil and simmer down to
desired consistency (should be a little thick). Add Salmon pieces and braise 2-3 minutes on
each side. Serve over white rice and sprinkle with diced scallions
