I am Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Sociometric Solutions, Inc., a management consulting firm that uses the social sensing technology that I developed during my graduate research, to understand companies' internal communication patterns and design innovative organizational transformation strategies.
I recently completed my PhD at the MIT Media Laboratory. Before coming to MIT I earned a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, and a master's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering, both from Tecnológico de Monterrey (Campus Monterrey), Mexico. Once at MIT I also received a master's degree in Media Arts and Sciences from the MIT Media Laboratory.
I spent one year as an exchange student at Télécom & Management SudParis in France, and earned an Electrical Engineering and Automation Diploma from Université de Poitiers, France.
