Daniel Bender is Administrative Assistant to Rosalind Picard and the Administrative contact for the Affective Computing Research Group at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Media Laboratory.

Daniel has a BS in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He has worked in a variety of industries, most recently as a Community Organizer and as a Line Cook at Pops! restaurant in Boston's South End.
