CF Bulb: current leads voltage. Spiky indicative of switching supply.

Laptop power supply. This supply often sparks when I plug it in. Here it shows a huge inrush current, then low current, then the battery in the laptop starts charging and current increases.

You can also see that this is a switching supply. Current draw is closer to the phase of power than the cf bulb.
