Hello, and welcome to my website. Currently I am a graduate student and a researcher at the MIT Media Lab’s Smart Cities group. On this website I present works from the last 6 years; I hope you will enjoy it.  [Dec. 2009]

Short Bio

I graduated from Ben-Gurion University at Bear-Sheva, Israel, in 2003 with B.Sc. in Communication System Engineering, after spending four years in the program and where I was trained as a DSP (digital signal processing) engineer. I worked as an image and audio processing engineer for five years, from 2002 to 2007, at several companies, working on variety of real-time projects. In 2003 I started an evening program for Master’s degree in Bezalel, Academy for Art and Design in Jerusalem, Israel, which I finished in 2007. During my time in Bezalel I worked on several art, design and concept projects and got trained in variety of product design tools. For my Master’s project I created a comics work, telling a journey story, and created several physical objects that played major role in the story itself. In August 2009 I finished my Master is the MIT Media Lab’s Fluid Interfaces group. In my thesis I focus on hybrid object design, merging traditional crafted element with digital technologies (implemented in the Chameleon Guitar).
