Welcome
to my portfolio. My name is Emmanuel Munguia Tapia and I am a
research assistant and PhD candidate in Media Arts & Sciences
at the MIT Media Lab. I am currently working with the multi-disciplinary
research consortium, House_n/Changing Places. My Advisors are
Mr. Kent Larson, director of the Changing Places consortium and
Stephen Intille, technology director for House_n.
I
was born in Cd. Obregón, Sonora México. I lived
in Sonora until finishing High School. Then I moved to Mexico
City to study a B.S. at the Superior School of Mechanical and
Electrical Engineering, National Polytechnic Institute. I have
one brother and one sister. All my family still live in Sonora,
but I visit them whenever I can.
My

beach, or the forest.

Pizza, Hamburgers and Hot-dogs (Pure protein, What a pig!).
