Xiao Xiao and I are showing Wetpaint, our virtual restoration interface, at the Italian Cultural Institute in New York from November 7 until November 27. Thanks to a generous donation from Joe Branc at Steelcase and in collaboration with renown da Vinci diagnostician Maurizio Seracini we have made a museum browser that permits visitors to scrape the layers of painting to discover its history. Here is a video of the early prototype - more to come later.
